Knokke Foto only shares your data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or when we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
For processing payments, we use the services of Mollie B.V. (or an equivalent provider). When you make a purchase, your payment details (such as name and payment method) are shared directly with Mollie. Mollie is a separate data controller for this transaction data and applies its own privacy policy.
We use external providers for the hosting of our website and for sending emails (including the download links). We have concluded data processing agreements with these parties to ensure the security of your data.
Knokke Foto will never sell your personal data to third parties.
We do not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected, taking into account legal retention periods:
Purchase and Invoicing Data: Are retained as long as the legal term (usually 7 years) requires.
Account Data: Are retained as long as you have an active account. You can request to delete your account at any time (see section 7).
Knokke Foto only uses functional and analytical cookies that are necessary for the technical operation of the website and for analyzing usage. These cookies have a minimal impact on your privacy and are processed anonymously.
